What the project changes
Easier searching and choosing parts
The platform presents a wide and varied range clearly. A key goal of the project was to help customers find the right products and compare their most important features.
A more consistent flow of information
Connecting the sales platform with EXPARTO’s back-office systems makes it easier to exchange information and present the offer consistently. The project lets e-commerce grow without duplicated work or separate, inconsistent processes.
Multi-warehouse sales
EXPARTO uses its own warehouses and works with a third-party logistics operator. The e-commerce solution is built around this model to support order handling and show product availability.
A foundation for B2B sales
The new platform is the foundation for further digitalising relationships with business customers and handling wholesale purchases. B2B features are rolled out in stages, following the needs of the company and its customers.
How we worked
The project called for looking beyond the look of the shop. CREHLER and EXPARTO worked on fitting the platform to the product range, the sales model and the existing systems. The move to Shopware 6 is part of a long-term modernisation of e-commerce, focused on flexibility and room for further growth.
