Pickup points and parcel lockers

Delivery to a pickup point is standard today, and Polish shoppers expect it. Our own Place2Place app lets the customer choose a pickup point or parcel locker directly on a map at checkout — without implementing complex logistics systems. It supports the most popular carriers in Poland, and the selected point is saved in the order details for further processing.

/01 — Problem and solution

No convenient delivery= an abandoned cart.

If the customer doesn't see a delivery method they know (e.g. an InPost parcel locker) or selecting a point is inconvenient, the risk of cart abandonment at the final step increases. Competitors offering pickup-point delivery typically win those orders.

Point selection on a map at checkout. Place2Place adds a clear pickup-point selector on a map to Shopware 6. The customer enters an address, sees the nearest points, and picks a convenient one — the store receives ready-made information for fulfilling the shipment.
