AI Co-pilot for Shopware 6
Artificial Intelligence is dynamically changing the world of eCommerce, everywhere you look there is talk of AI. The Shopware 6 platform, on which we implement online shops for our customers, is also following this trend.
The Showapare AI Copilot solution introduced by the software developers aims to revolutionise the daily routine of e-commerce, increasing operational efficiency, driving sales and creating personalised shopping paths for customers. Let’s take a look at what it looks like.
List of AI Copilot functionalities available in Shopware 6:
AI Copilot | Content for shopping experiance will help you create a variety of non-product content, check for errors and translate content into other languages.
For those unfamiliar, I refer you to the Shopping Experiance, module, where this AI function is located. Are you creating a blog post ? Marketing copy on a landing page ? You have quick access to the functionality by clicking the “space bar”. You then enter a prompt to generate the content. You can also select existing text and translate it or correct spelling or typo errors.
AI Copilot | The image keyword assistant analyses the uploaded images and supplements them with relevant keywords (alts.)
AI Copilot | Product feature generation suggests attributes for a product based on its description.
To save time or inspiration, you can generate suggestions for product features with a single click. Depending on the results, you decide what to do next (add / modify / delete)
AI Copilot | customised post-purchase message With AI, you can send your customers a personalised post-purchase message
With this function, you have the option of displaying an automatically AI-generated message on the so-called success page / thank you page, taking into account the configuration and the products in the shopping cart.
- The tone of voice determines the mood with which the AI will generate the message. You have a choice: neutral, excited, humorous.
- Number of characters as an indication to the AI of what length of text to create. The AI will try to match the indicated amount. Product names are not taken into account in the calculation.
- With the ‘Rule Builder’ rule, you limit the showing of messages to only selected groups of users. You are assured that only a subset of customers under set conditions will see the message.
AI Copilot | Summary of reviews Get a summary of all the product reviews that can be published on the product details page so that customers have a clear overview of the reviews of the product they are interested in.
For products that already have reviews, you have the option of generating a neutral or positive summary. Once the created content has been approved, it will appear on the front end for the customer
AI Copilot | Customer classification Generates labels based on customer order history that can be used as tags, e.g. in marketing activities.
AI export assistant: Allows specific data from Shopware to be exported to a CSV file with a single command.
AI-enabled review translation: Enables AI-enabled translation of product reviews so that customers can quickly and easily understand international reviews.
AI description assistant: Generates product descriptions directly in the Shopware administration, simply by entering a few keywords.
Search by context: Allows products to be searched based on keywords or sentences, making it easier for new customers to navigate the shop.
The benefits of using these AI tools in Shopware 6 include significant time savings, increased quality of product descriptions, improved conversions and reduced return rates, as well as improved search engine positioning. All of this contributes to increased sales and improved operational efficiency for the shop.
